We really care about our customers privacy. The Acupuncture and Herb Clinic only gather information that you, the customer provide us with. We store your name & email address via Woo Commerce so that we can contact you in case of errors with your order. When you make a payment via our website, your credit card details are never stored. Once you are ready to make a payment, you are redirected to the payment gateway Stripe.
You have the right to request that any information you gave us during your ordering process be deleted, You can do this by emailing us at [email protected] Please note that we cannot delete your information before an order is emailed.
Pricing and payment
Our pricing policy is set out on the site and can be accessed here. We reserve the right to make changes to our pricing policy at any time. If you do not agree to any such changes, you should stop using acupunctureandherbclinic.ie.
When you request the services of the Acupuncture and Herb Clinic, your credit card details are never saved. Once you are ready to make a payment you are redirected to the payment gateway Stripe. You will be asked to provide us with valid credit or debit card payment details to pay for the services you request through acupunctureandherbclinic.ie.
The amount you will pay will comprise of the fee due to the Acupuncture and Herb Clinic based on the treatments to be carried out. This must be paid for up front and then redeemed at the Acupuncture and Herb Clinic.
Booking process and cancellation
If you request the services of the Acupuncture and Herb Clinic, we will organise your request and confirm the booking over telephone.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the clinic 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule free of charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a charge of €50 to cover costs.
After each order is made a confirmation email will be sent to you. The gift voucher will also be emailed to the recipient at this time.
